YOUR QUESTIONS

You Ask. I Gladly Answer.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself in clothes you can comfortably move in. If you have your own mat great, but this isn't a necessity. I provide mats, blocks and yoga straps. You could also bring a blanket for the relaxation portion if you wanted.

What should I eat before a class?

You should try to eat around two hours before the class, but if this is not possible try to eat something light so the food has time to digest and you can move comfortably.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. You don't need to be anything, come exactly as you are. Yoga is for everyone and anyone. Contrary to popular belief practising yoga isn't about being flexible. My classes are for all levels and beginner friendly, all poses can be modified with the help of props.

Can I do yoga if I'm pregnant?

For most woman yoga is great when pregnant, I would recommend checking with your medical professionals and always listen to your body. My classes are not specific 'yoga for pregnancy' but I do have some experience in teaching pregnant students.

How do I find the studio?

Barrie Bellamy Studio - High Green

As you enter the campus go around the mini round about and turn down the narrow lane (looks like a footpath). You should see a large car park at the bottom of the road. From here you can walk through the smaller disabled car park and up the steps or up the ramp. You should see the gymnastics academy on your right. The studio is the door to the left of the defibrillator.

Christ Church Hall - Wadsley Bridge

The church hall is located at the bottom of Fox Hill Road, behind the Church. There are parking spaces on the main road.

How do I book a class?

On the book online page you can see the different locations and classes I teach. From there you can select the class and can pay online. For classes at the Jasmine Trust in Retford you will have to book directly on the Jasmine Trust website. The link is below:
